Refund Policy

CUENTAS REFUND POLICY

General. Subject to our Refund Policy as described below, you may cancel or we may terminate any Service plan that you purchase from us at any time, and as required by applicable law and our Refund Policy, you will only receive any refund of amounts paid to us in US Dollars in connection with any such Service plan based on the type of service purchased.

Cuentas Refund Policy. You may cancel your new Cuentas Mobile service and request a refund for any reason within seven (7) calendar days of activation, and we will refund the remaining prorated balance paid for by you in US Dollars including any associated taxes and fees. If your plan requires you to apply for and maintain an active Cuentas Mobile App Account, this account must be active to request a refund. Cuentas Mobile will only refund amounts received in US dollars from you for Cuentas Mobile service. Bonus amounts or rewards amounts not paid by you in US dollars are not refundable. You must complete our refund request form located at www.cuentasmobile.com/return_policy to cancel your new service activation and return the SIM card to the following address

Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after you contact us and we have received the SIM card. Monthly plans or subscriptions are charged in full at the beginning of the month and any cancellation will be effective at the end of the current month. We will only refund any unused funds paid into your account in US dollars for additional “bucket” amounts that do not expire monthly including any unused data or international roaming. SIM kits that are not activated will automatically become inactive after three (3) years following the date of purchase
